High motion, 60 fps

Continuous movement at 60 fps with a constrained bitrate. Encoders that cannot keep up produce blocking here long before they do on ordinary footage.

Switching rendition keeps the current position and the paused state, so the same frame can be compared across the ladder.

Multivariant playlist with fMP4 segments, four second target duration, EXT-X-PLAYLIST-TYPE:VOD. The CODECS attribute of each variant is read back from the encoded file rather than assumed, because an overstated level makes some players refuse a rendition they could have played.
