Ground rules
No account, no key, no rate limit. If you need to pull the same file a thousand times in a loop, that is what it is for.
Range requests are supported and are the intended way to fetch part of a file. Conditional requests work as usual, so a cache in front of this can be validated rather than guessed at.
Assets are immutable within a release. When an asset changes, the release changes and the changelog says which files moved and why. A test pinned to a release will not drift underneath you.
Everything is generated from deterministic filter graphs. There is no camera footage anywhere on this site, so there is nothing to license and nothing to take down.
